Hi, I’m Sadie and I love animals. I mean I REALLY Love animals. Not just dogs and

cats, but squirrels, and snakes and rats and kangaroos and horses. You get the picture.

When I was in high school, I interned at Poplar Springs Animal Sanctuary where I got

to muck up after goats, sheep, pigs, alpacas, chickens and turkeys. And of course, play

with them all. They really enjoy tormenting the humans that are cleaning up after them

and feeding them.

After High School I worked at Roos2U. This was an amazing place. It was an

educational Zoo with Kangaroos, Wallabees, emus, kookaburras, cavies, Flemish Giant

Rabbits and lots of little rodents and lizards. The job was mostly cleaning, but of course

we were all there because we got to play with these animals all the time. I even took

home infant Patagonian Cavies to bottle feed and socialize. How many people have

done that??? They even had a Great Pyrenees Dog who was supposed to protect the

rest of the animals. He was often VERY matted and I was the only one who could

brush him out.

Most recently, I worked at Petco and trained as a groomer. I also cared for the small

animals and cleaned their habitats.

Right now, our household includes Zelda, the German Shepherd Mix, 2 Domestic Short

Hair Cats, 2 Degus and a Flemish Giant Rabbit named Ethan.
